All providers listed offer a permanent free tier with no credit card required. SendGrid and Amazon SES are excluded because their free tiers have been discontinued or are time-limited.
Tip: A daily DayBrief newsletter sent to 10 recipients = 10 emails/day. Even the smallest free tier (Resend at 100/day) covers this easily. Pick the provider you're most comfortable with.
